Forgot your password or need to change it for security? Here's how.
If you're logged out
- Go to the sign-in page
- Tap Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your Cubbby account
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
Tip: If the email doesn't arrive within 2 minutes, check your spam/junk folder. The email comes from Cubbby and has the subject line "Reset your password".
If you're logged in
- Go to Manage Account
- Select Change Password
- Enter your current password and your new password
- Tap Save
Password tips
- Use a strong, unique password that you don't use on other sites
- Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Consider using a password manager
Signed in with Google?
If you use Google sign-in, you don't have a Cubbby-specific password. To change your sign-in credentials, update them through your Google account settings directly.
