Cubbby sends notifications to keep you updated on activity related to your account and collection.
What you'll be notified about

Viewing notifications
Tap the bell icon in the top navigation to open your notification panel. Unread notifications are indicated by a badge on the bell icon.
Managing notifications
From the notification panel you can:
- Tap a notification to view its details
- Mark all as read to clear the unread badge
- Scroll through history to see past notifications
Notification preferences
You can control which notifications you receive from your account settings. Go to Manage Account to adjust your email and push notification preferences.
Feature announcements
Occasionally, the Cubbby team sends announcements about new features, improvements, or important updates. These appear in your notification panel with a distinct style so you can easily spot them.
Missing notifications?
If you're not receiving notifications:
- Check that notifications are enabled in your account settings
- Make sure your browser allows notifications from Cubbby (if using push notifications)
- Check your email spam folder for email notifications
