Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your cards, binders, scan history, watchlist, and profile data will be removed and cannot be recovered.
Before you delete
Take these steps first:
- Cancel your Collector subscription if you have one. This prevents future charges after deletion
- Export or screenshot anything you want to keep. Once deleted, your data cannot be retrieved
- Consider downgrading instead. If you just want to stop paying, you can downgrade to the free Rookie plan and keep your data
How to delete
- Go to Manage Account
- Scroll to the bottom and look for the Danger Zone section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm by typing your email address
- Tap Delete permanently
Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 24 hours.
What gets deleted
- All cards in your inventory
- All binders and their contents
- Your watchlist
- Scan history
- Profile information and avatar
- Referral history and banked free months
- Notification history

If you've just submitted a deletion request and want to recover your account, email us immediately at hello@cubbby.com. We may be able to restore it within the 24-hour processing window, but we can't guarantee recovery after that.
