You can change your plan at any time from the Plan & Billing page. Here's how each option works.
Upgrading to Collector
- Go to Plan & Billing
- Tap Upgrade to Collector
- Complete payment via Stripe
Your upgrade takes effect immediately. All card, scan, and binder limits are removed right away. If you've earned free months from referrals, they'll be applied automatically.
Managing your subscription
Tap Manage Subscription on the Plan & Billing page to open the Stripe customer portal. From there you can:
- Update your payment method (credit card, debit card)
- View your billing history and download invoices
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Cancel your subscription
Downgrading to Rookie (free)
Tap Downgrade to Free on the Plan & Billing page.
- Your Collector access continues until the end of your current billing period
- After that, your account returns to read-only Rookie access unless you start a new paid plan
- Your cards and data are never deleted. They remain visible, but scanning, editing, creating binders, and moving cards are locked until you upgrade again
- Market prices continue updating on all your cards
Cancelling
Cancel via the Stripe customer portal. Your Collector access continues until the end of your current billing period, so you won't lose access immediately.
Resubscribing
If you cancel and want to come back later, just go to Plan & Billing and upgrade again. All your cards, binders, and data will be exactly where you left them.
