If a card value looks wrong, report it with enough detail for the team to compare the exact card against the market data.
Include these details
- The card detail page URL
- The profile or inventory page URL where you saw the value
- The value you expected
- Whether the card is raw or graded
- Any visible variant, parallel, autograph, relic, or serial number
- A link to a sold comp or active listing if you have one
Before reporting
Check that the saved card identity is correct. A value can look wrong if the card is matched to the base version instead of a parallel, or if a graded card is priced as raw.
Good examples
Helpful report:
This Juan Soto card appears to be a Purple Refractor, but the card detail page says /75. I do not see /75 on the card image, and recent sold comps look much higher.
Less helpful report:
Price is wrong.
The more exact the report is, the faster it can be fixed.
