Which card image shows in my inventory?

When Cubbby uses your uploaded image versus catalog or marketplace images

Your inventory should prioritize the image from the card you scanned or uploaded.

Inventory and profile pages

For cards in your collection, Cubbby should show your saved card image anywhere the card belongs to you:

  • Inventory
  • Profile collection grids
  • Binder pages
  • Watchlist or saved card views when the card is your saved copy
  • Card detail pages opened from your collection

Search and comp pages

Search results, catalog cards, and comp results may use catalog, marketplace, or eBay images because those pages are about finding cards and researching the market, not showing your personal copy.

If the wrong image appears

Open the card detail page from your inventory and check whether your uploaded image appears there. If it does not, try uploading the image again from the edit flow. If the image still does not save, report the inventory URL and the card detail URL.

Broken images

A broken image can happen if an old image URL no longer exists or if an upload did not finish. Uploading a fresh image should replace the broken image for your saved card.
